Lesson 260. Absolute nothingness-a meditation .

Absolute nothingness. It is written that God created the universe. God created space. God created time. God created everything all living and not living. The question we pose is,
"Can you visualize or conceptualize absolute nothingness? " Probably not. There is nothing in our experience to compare to absolute nothingness. But that is not to say that it is not useful to attempt to visualize this concept in our mind.  Bade trying to visualize it yet and visualizing it we still the mind in silence the constant conversation we have with ourselves, our head. It allows us to free ourselves for inspiration, for new thoughts, for new ideas and for creativity.  It is exercise for the soul.

Get comfortable. Relax. Close your eyes. Picture yourself floating in space, comfortable, without a care in the world. Open yourself to inner peace and inspiration.

You'll be amazed at the result.
